At Cotterill’s we care about making a difference to the environment and the local community. We regularly hold events to raise money for good causes. Last week we held a company coffee morning where we raised money for Macmillan Cancer Support and got to enjoy lots of delicious treats.
Our event was a huge success with an array of cakes to choose from, many of which were home baked by our staff. This included yummy cookies, brownies and scones. In total, we raised a £176. This was match funded by the company, enabling us to donate a grand total of £352!
Macmillan's coffee morning is an amazing fundraising event to help support those living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience. It provides emotional, practical, physical and financial support. The coffee morning can be whatever you want it to be, at home, on your driveway, at work, online. You could do anything from getting together with your friends for a barbeque to bringing in some homemade bakes for your colleagues.
